Wellbyte provides orchestration and delivery of world data: realtime API, async jobs, datasets, MCP, and live push. Capabilities and pricing are documented on the site and console.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Collect non-public or protected data
• Violate platform ToS or applicable law
• Attack or disrupt our or upstream infrastructure

We orchestrate publicly visible data only. You are responsible for lawful use.

3. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Rotate keys if compromised.

4. Billing

Successful calls are billed; failures are not charged (see billing docs). Prepaid balance does not expire.

5. Disclaimer

Service is provided as-is. We strive for reliability and quality but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
